Junior Business Development Executive

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in web, mobile, AI/ML, and blockchain services
• Support senior team members in lead qualification, follow-ups, and client communication
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely responses to inquiries
• Conduct research on potential clients, markets, and competitors
• Regularly update CRM systems with outreach activities and lead status
• Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams for proposals and presentations

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales / fresher with strong interest in sales may also apply
• Good communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Basic understanding of IT services and technologies (Web, Mobile, AI/ML, Blockchain preferred)
• Confidence in handling email communication, LinkedIn outreach, and client calls
• Eagerness to learn and grow in international B2B sales environment

• Exposure to freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Familiarity with B2B lead generation and CRM tools
• Interest in emerging technologies and a proactive learning mindset
