Job Responsibilities

• University Selection:

  Assist students in identifying suitable universities and courses based on their academic background, career aspirations, and budget.

• Admission Guidance:

  Provide support with application processes, including document preparation, personal statement review, and deadlines management.

• Scholarship Assistance:

  Guide students on available scholarships, grants, and financial aid opportunities, and assist with the application process.

• Visa Assistance:

  Support students in preparing and submitting visa applications, along with providing mock interview sessions where applicable.

• Accommodation Support:

  Help students secure suitable housing options near their universities.

• Life Integration Services:

  Provide pre-departure counselling and guidance on cultural orientation, banking, transportation, and healthcare services in the UK or other destinations.

• Post-Arrival Support:

  Assist students with setting up essentials such as bank accounts, SIM cards, and National Insurance numbers, and offer ongoing support during their study period.

• Career Assistance:

  Offer advice on part-time jobs, internships, and career development opportunities during and after their studies.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with students and families, ensuring excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background:

  Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

  , or a related field.

• Interpersonal Skills:

  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to connect with students and families.

• Organisational Skills:

  Ability to manage multiple student cases, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Knowledge:

  Basic understanding of the international education system, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities.

• Cultural Awareness:

  Sensitivity to diverse cultures and the ability to provide tailored advice to students from various backgrounds.

• Proactive & Adaptable:

  Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to changing requirements in the education consultancy field.

• Technical Skills:

  Familiarity with tools like

  Microsoft Office

  , and CRM systems is a plus.

• Language :

  Any language in India

Compensation

This internship is designed to focus on skill development and offers professional mentorship to enhance your expertise in education consultancy.

• Duration and Compensation:

   Focused on learning and growth, with a

  stipend of INR 3,500 per month for months 1 to 3.

• Post-Probation (After 3 Months):

   Upon successful completion of the probation period and based on performance:

Promotion to Study Abroad Advisor

INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month
