BD & Partnerships Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Partnership Executive to support our efforts in sourcing and securing strategic project partnerships. The candidate will assist in identifying potential collaborators, initiating conversations, and supporting collaborations that deliver shared outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a sales or business development background with strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills to help align external partners with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Research and identify potential partnership opportunities.

·        Assist in initiating conversations with prospective partners.

·        Support the development of proposals and presentations for partnerships.

·        Maintain and update partner databases and trackers.

·        Collaborate with senior team members to nurture ongoing relationships.

·        Contribute to the evaluation and reporting of partnership activities.

Requirements:

·        1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.

·        Strong research and analytical skills.

·        Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
