Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Survey

Identify and map potential government and private clients in and around Bhopal.
Collect information about upcoming tenders, projects, and local opportunities.
Maintain a basic database of contractors, consultants, and industry contacts.

2. Client Coordination

Initiate communication with local authorities, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Visit sites, government offices, and client locations as required.
Assist senior BD team members during client meetings.

3. Tender & Documentation Support

Assist in downloading tender documents and understanding basic requirements.
Help in preparing technical/commercial submissions, forms, and checklists.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and documentation.

4. Reporting & Administration

Maintain daily and weekly reports of BD activities.
Support in preparing letters, proposals, and presentations.
Keep record of submitted tenders and follow-ups.

5. Field Visit Support

Conduct on-ground follow-ups with clients, departments, and local authorities.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Confident personality with willingness to travel and interact with clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Understanding of engineering or project-based work (preferred).

Ability to learn tendering and documentation work quickly
