BD Manager- Creative Productions

As a Business Development Manager at our company, your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in international markets such as the Middle East, Europe, and the USA for content production services. This includes pitching creative production capabilities to brands, agencies, and marketing teams in various sectors like fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer products. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams for customized proposals, and meeting revenue targets through strategic pipeline management. Additionally, staying updated on global creative trends and competitor offerings will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets for content production services such as videos, photoshoots, campaigns, and reels. - Pitch creative production capabilities to brands, agencies, and marketing teams in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer product sectors. - Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a strategic partner for long-term growth. - Collaborate with internal production, creative, and studio teams to customize proposals and ensure alignment with client goals. - Work closely with marketing teams to develop pitch decks, showreels, and targeted campaigns. - Attend international client meetings virtually or in person, and represent the company in creative networking circles. - Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic pipeline management. - Stay updated on global creative trends, brand marketing innovations, and competitor offerings. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in business development or client servicing roles, preferably from a production house, advertising agency, or brand marketing team. - Solid understanding of creative production processes including video, photo, and campaign development. - Strong international market exposure, especially in the UAE, Europe, and the US, with an existing client base or network being a huge advantage. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling pitches and confidently present to clients. - Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, accountability, and hunger to grow. - Open to travel when required. In addition, preferred background for this role includes experience working with advertising agencies or production studios and past experience handling creative content mandates for global brands.,
