Job Description

As a Bid Management Specialist, your role involves ensuring alignment of proposal responses to client objectives for all bids within your portfolio. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the pursuit calendar, as well as assisting in business process and operational process mapping. Additionally, you will work on bid resourcing and bid team formation by reaching out to solutioning finance and commercial delivery teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and ensuring the presence of differentiated solutions that meet customer requirements - Managing internal governance for solution/delivery/business approvals before proposal submission - Assisting Client Partners in account planning and execution of plans - Owning customer presentations by providing framework and guiding the team on content creation - Setting presales standards and guidelines for the team - Facilitating discussions on winning themes, SWOT, and competitor analysis for deals - Ensuring adherence to compliance initiatives and bid management processes - Collaborating with onsite/business teams on new customer prospects - Reviewing details and articulation of solutions in response to RFPs/RFIs/unsolicited bids Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong experience in bid management and solution design - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Understanding of business processes and operational mapping - Proven track record in managing pursuit calendars and internal governance This job offers an opportunity to work on medium/large sized bids, where you will play a crucial role in the success of proposal submissions.
