Location: Jaipur

Educational Qualification: Graduate, proficient in Microsoft applications

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales / BD / B2B

Preferred Industry: Gems & Jewellery industry

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (in-hand)

Key Accountabilities:

• Territory Management: Manage and expand the assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities within the Gems & Jewellery sector.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with gem cutters, jewellers, gem dealers, and industry stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of lab testing services and the Gems & Jewellery industry to communicate effectively with clients.
• Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.
• Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and conduct market research specific to the Gems & Jewellery sector.
• Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all professional interactions.
• Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel extensively for client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
• Required Functional Knowledge:
• Product Knowledge: Understanding gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery.
• Sales Techniques: Proficiency in sales strategies for the Gems & Jewellery market.
• Market Trends: Awareness of current trends and consumer preferences.

Required Competencies:

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and prepare sales reports.
• Advance Excel: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
