Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and ledgers.
  • Handle data entry of invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
  • Support in preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain files and financial records in an organized manner.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as required.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with Tally ERP / MS Office (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) – Freshers are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
