Job Summary We are seeking a Battery Pack Operator to assist in assembling, testing, and maintaining lithium-ion battery packs in a manufacturing setup. Ideal for ITI/Diploma holders with 0–2 years of hands-on experience in battery assembly or related processes. Key Responsibilities Assemble battery modules and packs as per design (Lithium ion Battery Cell) Operate basic tools and machinery for cell stacking, welding, etc. Conduct visual inspections and functional tests Follow safety and quality standards throughout the process Maintain records of work completed and report any defects/issues Candidate Profile ITI or Diploma in relevant trade (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) Basic understanding of battery components and safety Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Willing to work in a production/shop-floor environment Skills: quality standards,electronics,battery,safety standards,components,assembly,design,lithium,testing,machinery,maintenance,attention to detail Show more Show less
