Design and development of battery systems as per below requirements :
• Battery power module design – mechanical packaging, layout, low-voltage circuit and components development
• Power module enclosure and mounting design for battery systems
• Concept design and simulation using Creo and Creo simulate
• Creepage and clearance analysis of systems developed
• Wiring harness and cable design
• Sheet metal design for medium to large assemblies
• Use knowledge of various manufacturing processes to deliver the solution that meets DFA & DFM
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and standard work guides
• Experience with battery systems and / or power distribution unit system, HV and LV electrical components is MUST
• Strong Creo design experience – working with concepts & assemblies
• Strong sheet metal design experience
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work in team environment
