Batch/Operations Associate

Job Description: You are being sought after to join as an Operations & Management Executive at PW Online, with a focus on handling UP Board batches. Your responsibilities will include batch operations, academic planning, basic marketing, and counselling support. It is essential that you possess strong organizational skills and have a basic understanding of edtech tools. Key Responsibilities: - Manage class scheduling, attendance, reporting, and student tracking for UP Board batches. - Ensure timely completion of board-related tasks such as exam form fill-up, mocks, and admit cards. - Provide support in academic planning by assisting in timetable creation, syllabus tracking, and coordinating with faculty. - Assist in marketing activities by supporting campaigns, promoting content, and highlighting success stories related to UP Board. - Conduct student/parent webinars, orientation sessions, and offer academic guidance as part of counselling responsibilities. - Support business initiatives by participating in enrollment drives, implementing retention strategies, and tracking performance. - Serve as a key coordinator between faculty, students, parents, and management. Required Skills: - Proficiency in G-Suite applications such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. - Basic knowledge of handling YouTube/online classes. - Strong time management and organizational abilities. - Display leadership and teamwork skills. - Excellent communication and counselling capabilities. - Possess a problem-solving mindset and demonstrate adaptability. Ideal Candidate: - A graduate from any stream, with a preference for those with a background in management. - Mandatory possession of a laptop. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations/management/edtech; however, freshers with a high learning aptitude are also encouraged to apply. - Must exhibit a strong interest in the UP Board curriculum and student management.,
