Batch/Operations Associate

Job Description: We are looking for an Operations & Management Executive to oversee UP Board batches at PW Online. Your role will involve handling batch operations, academic planning, basic marketing, and counselling support. You must possess strong organizational skills and have a basic understanding of edtech tools. Key Responsibilities: - Manage class scheduling, attendance, reporting, and student tracking for UP Board batches. - Ensure timely completion of board-related tasks such as exam form fill-up, mocks, and admit cards. - Support academic planning through timetable creation, syllabus tracking, and coordination with faculty. - Provide assistance in marketing activities including campaigns, content promotion, and showcasing UP Board success stories. - Conduct student/parent webinars, orientation sessions, and offer academic guidance as part of counselling. - Assist in enrollment drives, retention strategies, and performance tracking while acting as a liaison between faculty, students, parents, and management. Required Skills: - Proficiency in G-Suite applications such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. - Basic knowledge of handling YouTube/online classes. - Strong time management and organizational abilities. - Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills. - Excellent communication and counselling capabilities. - Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing requirements. Ideal Candidate: - Graduation in any stream with a preference for a management background. - Possession of a mandatory laptop. - At least 2 years of experience in operations/management/edtech; freshers with a high learning ability are also encouraged to apply. - A keen interest in the UP Board curriculum and effective student management.,
