Base Manager - Sonepat

As the Site in Charge at Rentokil PCI, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales at the assigned site and ensure efficient service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction. You will report to the Branch Manager or Base Manager and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve goals. Your key responsibilities will include: Business Development (Sales): - Achieving sales targets set for the site office. - Planning and executing sales promotion and below the line activities in the designated territory. - Identifying potential customers and converting them within specified timelines. - Ensuring customer retention through timely follow-ups and renewals. - Maximizing conversion of inquiries into orders. - Overseeing profitable execution of tasks at the Site Office. - Mentoring trainee CSEs and ensuring their development. - Maintaining accurate customer information for effective communication. - Coordinating with operations by sharing cost sheets and customer expectations before service delivery. Operations: - Supervising service scheduling and execution on a daily basis. - Monitoring and documenting the usage of chemicals, equipment, and materials. - Allocating conveyance and overtime to technicians and maintaining records. - Coordinating with the Base/Branch for material requisition. - Maintaining registers and reports as per checklist requirements. - Managing operational costs efficiently. - Ensuring timely service delivery as per scheduled visits. Administration & Accounts: - Ensuring compliance with SOPs and SHE guidelines. - Depositing all collections to the bank within specified timelines. - Reviewing daily collection and billing details and sharing reports with the Base Manager. - Sending renewal letters to customers. - Maintaining attendance records and managing petty cash. - Ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements. Key Result Areas: - Business Development (Sales) - Customer Service - On-time training delivery - Meeting LTAR & WDLR Targets, 100% SRA - Active usage of SCP devices To excel in this role, you should possess good interpersonal and networking skills, effective communication abilities, negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving targets. A minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience in Direct Sales (Facilities Management) for Commercial business profile is required, along with at least 2 years of team handling experience. Additionally, familiarity with Home product/Home service business or residential cleaning services will be advantageous. As a People Manager in the Site In Charge role, you will closely collaborate with the site base manager/branch manager and the site sales & operation team to fulfill the organization's objectives.
