Bartender/Server

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining bar hygiene, managing bar stock, and ensuring a high standard of guest service in line with resort policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesBar Operations

• Prepare and serve drinks as per standard recipes and portion controls.
• Ensure timely and courteous service to guests at the bar and poolside/restaurant (if applicable).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, shelves, glassware, and equipment.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor bar stock levels and inform management of replenishment needs.
• Maintain daily opening and closing stock records.
• Ensure proper storage of liquor, mixers, and garnishes.

Guest Service & Compliance

• Interact professionally with guests and recommend beverages when required.
• Verify guest age and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
• Follow all licensing laws, resort policies, and safety guidelines.

Billing & Coordination

• Coordinate with service staff and cashier for accurate billing.
• Ensure drinks are charged correctly as per menu pricing.
• Handle cash or billing slips responsibly, as per management instructions.

SOPs & Safety

• Follow bar SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
• Prevent wastage, pilferage, and misuse of bar inventory.
• Report breakages, shortages, or incidents immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience as a Bartender (hotel/resort experience preferred).
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mocktails, and bar service standards.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and bar cost management.
• Good communication skills and guest-handling ability.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
