Bartender/Server

We are hiring skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our new Curry & Hops Restaurant & Brewery in Mohali. The role requires strong beverage knowledge, excellent guest interaction skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, craft beers, and other beverages as per brand standards.
• Provide warm, engaging service and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Suggest signature drinks and promote in-house craft beer offerings.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization at all times.
• Handle daily bar operations: opening, closing, stock checks, and requisitions.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow all safety & legal guidelines.
• Work closely with the Bar Manager and service team for smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of all in-house brewery products and seasonal beers.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2-6 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, brewery, or premium bar.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beers, and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume service.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork.
• Bartending/mixology certification (preferred but not mandatory).
