Position: Bartender
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month (plus Service Charge)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Offs: 4 paid offs per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in a bar

Job Description:

We are hiring a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of beverages and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes
• Engage with guests and ensure a pleasant bar experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area
• Assist in inventory management and restocking
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth bar operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
• Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Willingness to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
