Bartender

A bartender prepares, mixes, and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, maintaining the bar area's cleanliness and inventory. Key responsibilities include taking orders, handling payments, engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, managing stock, ensuring legal alcohol service, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Essential skills for a bartender are excellent customer service, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Mix and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, provide recommendations, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Bar Operations: Stock the bar with liquors, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware; maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the shift.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed.
• Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations: Process payments accurately using cash, credit cards, and POS systems, and manage customer tabs.
• Responsible Service: Check identification to verify legal drinking age, monitor for signs of intoxication, and refuse service when appropriate.
• Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff and servers to ensure efficient food and beverage service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
