Bartender

A bartender mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, takes customer orders, manages bar inventory, processes payments, and maintains a clean and welcoming bar environment. Key responsibilities include creating cocktails, ensuring compliance with age and intoxication laws, providing excellent customer service, and restocking supplies. Bartenders must also handle transactions, multitask in a fast-paced setting, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation:Mix and prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including classic cocktails and special creations.
• Customer Service:Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, provide drink and food recommendations, and ensure a pleasant experience.
• Inventory Management:Stock and organize bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, beer, wine, garnishes, and ice, and place orders for new supplies as needed.
• Sales & Transactions:Handle cash and credit card payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage customer tabs.
• Safety & Compliance:Verify customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age and monitor guests for signs of intoxication, denying service when necessary.
• Cleanliness:Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils and wiping down surfaces.
• Teamwork:Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for efficient food and beverage service and assist with other bar duties as required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
