Bartender – Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with flair and consistency. Greet guests warmly, provide recommendations, and deliver excellent service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Ensure the bar is stocked with ingredients, garnishes, and supplies. Upsell drinks and promote specials to boost sales. Handle transactions accurately and responsibly. Work with the team to host events, theme nights, and community activities. Bar Back – Key ResponsibilitiesSupport bartenders in daily operations and service. Restock and replenish ingredients, ice, and bar supplies during shifts. Maintain cleanliness of bar counters, glassware, and equipment. Assist in setting up and closing down the bar efficiently. Learn drink-making basics and develop skills for future bartending opportunities. Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times. What We’re Looking ForPrevious bartending or bar support experience preferred (but not mandatory for bar backs). Energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented personality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for hospitality and creating fun guest experiences.
