Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standards.
• Create classic cocktails as well as innovative signature drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar counter.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Upsell beverages and promote special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain proper inventory of bar stock, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Coordinate with restaurant and service staff for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Hospitality or Bartending (preferred).
• 1–3 years of bartending experience in a premium hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or luxury bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and garnishing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming, confident personality, and guest-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and during peak hours.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
