Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The role requires excellent knowledge of mixology, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized bar environment while ensuring compliance with all safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Greet and interact with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Take beverage and sometimes food orders, process payments, and maintain accurate billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, utensils, glassware, and equipment.
• Check identification to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and report shortages to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Promote menu items, daily specials, and signature cocktails to increase sales.
• Coordinate with servers and other F&B staff to ensure smooth service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
