Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation:

  Create and serve a wide range of alcoholic (cocktails, spirits, wine) and non-alcoholic beverages, often requiring precise mixing and adherence to recipes.

• Customer Service:

  Interact with customers, take orders, offer recommendations, and provide a welcoming, positive experience to foster customer satisfaction.

• Operational Duties:

  Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and tools, and restock liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes.

• Inventory Management:

  Monitor and manage bar inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure popular items are always available.

• Sales & Transactions:

  Process payments accurately using POS systems and manage multiple customer tabs efficiently.

• Compliance & Safety:

  Verify customer identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age and monitor consumption to promote responsible alcohol service.
