Bartender

Work Location: Qatar

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Non-Alcoholic Bartender who also has professional experience as a Barista. The primary focus of this role is on preparing a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages—mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and wellness drinks.

As part of the barista responsibilities, the candidate must be confident in preparing specialty coffee beverages and creating latte art.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and serve innovative non-alcoholic beverages including mocktails, detox drinks, smoothies, and wellness-focused drinks
• Prepare high-quality coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, lattes, cold brew, etc.) with a focus on latte art
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at both the beverage and coffee stations
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and stock levels
• Interact with guests, understand their preferences, and offer personalized recommendations
• Collaborate with the team to introduce new drink ideas and seasonal menus

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong skills in non-alcoholic mixology and beverage presentation
• Solid barista background with the ability to create latte art
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for beverage trends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and guest-focused personality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
