We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Bar Manager to oversee daily operations of the bar and beverage section within our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining high standards of drinks and cocktails, managing staff, controlling inventory, and driving sales while creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and motivate bartenders, servers, and bar staff.
Develop and implement innovative cocktail, mocktail, and beverage menus.
Monitor beverage costs, inventory, stock levels, and wastage control.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service.
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
Manage bar budgets, sales targets, and promotional activities.
Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and proper functioning of bar equipment.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Proven experience (10–12 years) as a Bar Manager / Restaurant Manager.
Strong knowledge of mixology, beverages, and bar operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and control costs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
