Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently.
- Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and work area.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as per SOP.
- Handle billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately.
- Report equipment issues or stock shortages promptly.
Prior experience as a barista is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
