Qualifications

Proficiency in Barista and Food Preparation skills, with attention to detail and quality
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
Proficiency in reading and speaking English
Exceptional Customer Service abilities, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all patrons
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate within a team and demonstrate time management skills
Previous experience in a similar role, basic knowledge of food safety practices, and flexibility with work hours are advantageous
