Role Description

Rusteak is seeking a dedicated and passionate Barista to join our team in an on-site at Bandra East , full-time role . The Barista should have a flair for Coffee making and knowledge + culinary skills in Vegan dishes. The Barista will be responsible for high quality culinary products, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Duties include operating and maintaining coffee equipment, taking orders, preparation of food items, and engaging with customers to create an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• Barista skills including coffee preparation and equipment handling
• Culinary skills and interest in preparing Vegan dishes
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• Customer service skills to deliver a friendly and memorable experience
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and ability to follow recipes
• Teamwork, attention to detail
• Punctuality, a positive attitude, and a passion for creating quality beverages
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer-facing role is a plus but not mandatory
