Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Ahmedabad. The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and managing inventory for the café section of the salon. Additional tasks may include engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the team to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills, including beverage preparation and coffee-making techniques
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all clients
• Experience in Food Preparation, including handling ingredients and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Flexibility and a passion for delivering high standards of service
