Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, located in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages (non-alcoholic), maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional tasks include taking customer orders, handling transactions, and assisting with food preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Experience in preparing hot and cold beverages, mocktails, milkshakes, and lassi
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
