Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, located in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages (non-alcoholic), maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional tasks include taking customer orders, handling transactions, and assisting with food preparation as needed. Qualifications Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee preparation techniques Experience in preparing hot and cold beverages, mocktails, milkshakes, and lassi Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills Excellent Communication skills Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India. The Multi-cuisine Chef will be responsible for preparing a diverse range of dishes, maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene, overseeing daily kitchen operations, and managing food inventory and costing. The chef will work closely with the kitchen team to innovate and present dishes creatively, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, including Indian, Continental, and Asian Skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation Experience in kitchen management and maintaining hygiene standards Inventory management and cost control skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team Formal culinary training or relevant certifications will be beneficial Experience in an island resort or similar environment is a plus
