Our cafe will be a place where food lovers can savor various cuisines while enjoying a beautiful island setting.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India. The Multi-cuisine Chef will be responsible for preparing a diverse range of dishes, maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene, overseeing daily kitchen operations, and managing food inventory and costing. The chef will work closely with the kitchen team to innovate and present dishes creatively, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, including Indian, Continental, and Asian
• Skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
• Experience in kitchen management and maintaining hygiene standards
• Inventory management and cost control skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications will be beneficial
• Experience in an island resort or similar environment is a plus
