We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista who understands coffee beyond just brewing. You should be passionate about specialty coffee , eager to experiment with flavors, and dedicated to delivering high-quality beverages with consistency. Key Responsibilities Crafting and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precision. Grinding, brewing, and extracting espresso to perfection. Steaming milk for different textures and latte art. Understanding and recommending coffee beans, blends, and brewing methods. Engaging with customers, explaining coffee origins, and enhancing their coffee experience. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the barista station. Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality control. What Were Looking For Passion for coffee & specialty coffee. Experience in espresso-based drinks, pour-over, and alternative brewing methods is a plus. Basic knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and extraction techniques. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. A friendly and energetic attitude with great customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Notes for shortlisting candidates: Should have at least 2 years of experience in specialty coffee. Experience in working in fast-paced high volume restaurants is preferred, or they should be ready to work in high-volume cafe. Candidate should be very passionate about coffee, willing to learn and grow in career. Knowledge of Speciality coffee, different brewing methods including manual brewing is required. Good Communication skills required.
