☕ Job Opening: Barista ☕ 🏢 Company: Bistro-37 📍 Location: Sector 29, Gurugram, Haryana, India 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 Both genders allowed | 🗓 Min. 1 Year of relevant experience 🔧 Duties & Responsibilities☕ Prepare hot & cold beverages and food products as per SOP 😀 Follow defined guest service steps 🧹 Maintain cleaning & hygiene of the store as per guidelines 📦 Manage product hygiene & expiry checks 🎨 Ensure proper store visual merchandising 🌱 Have basic knowledge of coffee beans & coffee machines 🛡 Follow food safety rules & demonstrate safe practices 📋 Handle basic product-related complaints as per process 📝 Maintain daily/weekly/monthly inventory records 🤝 Support Store Manager in stock reconciliations 🏥 Ensure a safe & healthy work environment 🎓 Candidate Qualifications & Skills👩‍🍳 1–3 years of experience as Barista / similar profile 🛍 Retail or café experience will be an added advantage 🗣 Good written & verbal communication skills 💪 Ability to work under pressure & multitask 🤝 Team player with flexibility & adaptability 📌 Reporting To: General Manager 💼 Job Type: Full-time 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month 🕒 Schedule: Day Shift | Morning Shift | Rotational Shift 📞 Interested candidates can call: 👤 Paras Kumar (Employer) – 9837674174
