Job Description

Job Title: Commi- 1,2,3, Kitchen Helper Reports to: Chef/Kitchen Manager Location: Habidade, Sector 104 Noida Job Summary: Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, cleaning, and organization to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: 1. Assist chefs with meal prep, chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients. 2. Prepare simple dishes, such as salads, sandwiches, and snacks. 3. Help with food plating and garnishing. Cleaning and Organization: 1. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. 2. Clean equipment, utensils, and workstations. 3. Sweep and mop floors. Inventory and Storage: 1. Receive and store inventory, including dry goods and perishables. 2. Rotate stock to ensure freshness. Supporting Kitchen Staff: 1. Assist cooks and chefs with tasks, as needed. 2. Help with dishwashing and putting away dishes. Safety and Hygiene: 1. Follow proper food safety and handling procedures. 2. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness. Additional Responsibilities: 1. Assist with catering events, banquets, and special functions. 2. Perform other tasks, as assigned by the chef or kitchen manager. Requirements: Education: 1. High school Experience: 1. 1-6 years of kitchen experience (preferred). Skills: 1. Basic cooking knowledge. 2. Attention to detail. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Teamwork Physical Demands: 1. Stand for long periods. 2. Work in a hot kitchen environment.
