Bar Supervisor/Bartender

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations, ensure excellent guest service, and manage a team of bartenders and bar staff. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for mixology, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the bar team during shifts
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, and service
• Manage inventory and place orders for bar supplies
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Train and mentor new bar staff
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure proper staffing
• Monitor bar performance and implement improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender
• In-depth knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,075.30 - ₹26,000.00 per month
