Bar Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Bar Supervisor at BreakinBrew is responsible for managing day-to-day bar operations, ensuring premium beverage quality, supervising bar staff, maintaining inventory, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bar operations and staff deployment
• Ensure high-quality beverage preparation and service
• Monitor stock levels, wastage control, and inventory records
• Train and guide bartenders on cocktails, service standards, and upselling
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Maintain bar hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with management for promotions and revenue targets

Requirements & Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience as Senior Bartender / Bar Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations
• Leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
