Job Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Summary:

The Bar In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, and leading the bar team to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the bar’s daily operations to ensure smooth service and high standards.
• Manage, train, and schedule bar staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor bar inventory, place orders, and ensure stock levels are adequately maintained.
• Ensure the preparation and presentation of beverages meet quality and consistency standards.
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any service issues promptly.
• Monitor cash handling and ensure proper billing and settlement procedures.
• Develop new beverage menus, seasonal specials, and signature drinks in collaboration with the management team.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality of products.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
• Ensure the bar area is always organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Lead by example, maintain a positive and professional atmosphere, and motivate the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar In-Charge, Head Bartender, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation(non alcoholic drink), classic and modern cocktails, and bar equipment.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and mentor junior bar staff.
• Good understanding of inventory management and cost control.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹49,000.00 per month
