Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a vibrant and customer-focused Cocktail Server to take drink orders, serve beverages, and engage guests with a warm and friendly attitude. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing excellent service, recommending drinks, and maintaining a lively yet professional atmosphere in the bar or lounge area. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and guide them to available seating if required. Take accurate drink and food orders from guests and communicate with the bar and kitchen. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally. Engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Upsell drinks, bottle service, or signature cocktails when appropriate. Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, trays, and the general lounge/bar area. Adhere to responsible alcohol service and all safety and hygiene standards. Requirements: Previous experience in a bar, lounge, or hospitality environment preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant appearance and confident attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of basic cocktails and bar menu items is a plus.
