Flair Artist (Bartender)

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and energetic Flair Artist Bartender who can entertain guests through skilled flair bartending—juggling bottles, shakers, and performing fire tricks—while serving high-quality cocktails. The ideal candidate will combine showmanship with excellent customer service and beverage knowledge to enhance the guest experience and create a lively bar atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Perform flair bartending tricks including juggling bottles, shakers, tins, and fire-based acts as part of guest entertainment. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a vibrant and memorable bar experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Ensure compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety standards. Monitor inventory and assist in restocking and bar setup. Work closely with bar team and floor staff to ensure smooth operations and service. Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally. Stay updated with current drink trends, flair techniques, and customer service practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a flair bartender or in a similar role in a high-energy bar or hospitality venue. Excellent flair skills, including bottle flipping, juggling, and fire tricks. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques. Energetic personality with a passion for entertaining. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in bartending or mixology. Fire performance safety training (if performing fire tricks). Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
