Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bar Executive - Mixologist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology and be able to create innovative cocktails.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new cocktail menus and recipes.
Create unique and personalized cocktails for guests.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in mixology.
Assist in inventory management and stock control.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of mixology principles and techniques.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
