Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Executive located in Panchkula. The Bar Executive will oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, monitoring customer satisfaction, training staff, collaborating with suppliers, and maintaining a welcoming and vibrant bar atmosphere. The role also involves creating innovative beverage offerings, maintaining quality standards, and addressing operational challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mixology, beverage preparation, and creating signature drinks
• Strong knowledge of customer service, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving techniques
• Experience in inventory management, supplier coordination, and budget handling
• Understanding of health, hygiene, and safety regulations in hospitality environments
• Effective team leadership, staff training, and time management abilities
• Previous experience in bar management or relevant hospitality roles is preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing an excellent guest experience
