Banquet Sales Manager

You are seeking a dynamic and confident Banquet Sales professional for a five-star Hotel. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for driving banquet sales, building and nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the flawless execution of events. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting and selling banquet facilities and services to potential clients, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and preparing proposals. You will collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of events. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets will be a key focus, along with maintaining accurate records of client interactions and the progression of sales. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of banquet sales experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and you should be well-presented, confident, and dedicated to client satisfaction. This is a full-time position that requires working during day shifts at the Hotel premises.,
