Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our banquet services.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Collaborate with the events team to create tailored banquet packages that meet client needs and preferences.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the banquet sales sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
• Participate in networking events and industry exhibitions to promote our banquet services.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  1 to 6 years

  of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
• Proven track record in

  client acquisition

  banquet sales

• Strong understanding of
