Job Title: Reactive Sales / Telesales Executive – Smaaash Entertainment
Location: Gurugram, Delhi NCR
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on interview performance) + Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Weekly Off
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Gender: Female candidates preferred
Age Limit: Up to 27 years
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

About the Role
Smaaash Entertainment is looking for a highly motivated Reactive Sales / Telesales Executive to handle inbound leads and bookings for events, parties, and group activities at our Gurugram center. The role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from calls, website, and walk-ins
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for birthdays, group events, and corporate gatherings
• Maintain CRM data, lead follow-ups, and documentation
• Upsell additional offerings to maximize revenue
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution
• Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports
• Ensure high guest satisfaction through strong communication

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, banquet sales, hospitality, or events (preferred)
• Fluent English communication is mandatory
• Good negotiation and customer handling skills
• Target-oriented with strong confidence and positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts
