Job Title: Reactive Sales Executive – Smaaash Entertainment
Location: Noida, Delhi NCR
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
• Experienced (Minimum 2 years): Up to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: 6 days a week | 1 Rotational Weekly Off
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days
Eligibility: Female candidates only (up to 27 years)

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a leading entertainment brand offering arcade games, virtual reality experiences, bowling, and exciting dining options. We are hiring a Reactive Sales Executive to support our inbound sales and event booking operations in Noida.

Role Overview
The role focuses on handling inbound leads, converting event inquiries into confirmed bookings, and ensuring seamless service coordination for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries for event bookings
• Convert leads into confirmed group bookings, birthday parties, and corporate events
• Maintain CRM records, follow-up logs, and sales entries accurately
• Upsell gaming, food, and beverage packages to optimize revenue
• Coordinate with events, operations, and F&B teams for booking execution
• Prepare and share daily and weekly sales reports
• Ensure excellent customer experience through timely communication

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in banquet sales or telesales (mandatory for experienced category)
• Freshers with strong English communication skills can apply
• Mandatory fluent English speaking skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM handling)
• Goal-oriented and confident personality
