Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquet sales.
  • Handle client inquiries, conduct site inspections, and follow up to convert leads into bookings.
  • Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  • Coordinate with banquet operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and client communications.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the banquet venue.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
