Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Banquet Manager. The Banquet Manager will oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing staff, overseeing the setup and breakdown of events, monitoring food and beverage services, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role also involves hiring and training staff to ensure efficient event management.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage management
• Proficiency in Hiring and staff management
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, based on event schedules
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in event management or a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field is preferred
