Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and sustain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

- Directs banquet setup and scheduling.

- Communicates regularly with Sales, Catering, and Kitchen to coordinate.

- Inspects Banquet Rooms to ensure setup meets client expectations.

- Creates 100% guest satisfaction.

- Developing and managing event budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

- Interacting with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the event.

Qualification.: A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience.: 15 to 20 years in similar position.
