Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banking Trainer, located in Mohali district. The Banking Trainer will be responsible for delivering online training, developing training materials, assessing students' performance, and providing feedback. The Trainer will also be required to stay updated with the latest banking trends and practices, and ensure that the training content is relevant and comprehensive.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking Operations, Financial Products, and Retail Banking
• Skills in Training Delivery, Classroom Management, and Presentation
• Ability to Develop Training Materials and Curriculum Design
• Strong Communication, Assessment, and Feedback Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other training-related software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 10 years experience in the retail banking industry is mandatory
