Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Soft Skills Trainer at IPB. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for developing training curriculum, delivering training sessions, and enhancing intercultural communication skills. This role is located at our Head Office in Mohali, near Chandigarh.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Intercultural Communication skills
• Experience in Soft Skills Training and Curriculum Development
• Ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of retail banking and financial services industry
• Must have worked in a bank for atleast 5-7 years
